OPA Europe Publishes Results Of “At Work” Media Consumption Study for 6 European Countries


The Internet is STILL the best way to reach consumers during the day

Paris, 17 October, 2007. The Online Publishers Association Europe announced today the results of its study of media consumption amongst the At Work audience*. The study covers users in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and the UK and compares the consumption of the Internet, television, radio, newspapers and magazines. A repeat of research done in 2004, the new study offers valuable insights into how Internet usage has evolved over the last 3 years.

L’étude couvre des utilisateurs en Allemagne, en France, en Espagne, en Italie, en Suisse et au Royaume Uni et compare l’utilisation d’Internet, de la télévision, de la radio, des journaux et des magazines. Répétition de la recherche réalisée en 2004, la nouvelle étude offre un point de vue inestimable sur l’évolution de l’utilisation d’Internet sur les 3 dernières années.

Internet è ancora il mezzo migliore per comunicare con i consumatori durante la giornata lavorativa

Parigi, 17 Ottobre 2007. L’Associazione degli editori su Internet (Online Publishers Association - OPA) pubblica oggi i risultati di un ampio studio sul consumo dei media nel luogo di lavoro (“audience At Work”*). Lo studio si fonda su una indagine svolta in Francia, Germania, Gran Bretagna, Italia, Spagna, Svizzera e si riferisce al consumo di internet, televisione, radio, giornali e periodici. Si tratta della ripetizione dello studio realizzato nel 2004 e che a distanza di tre anni offre importanti elementi di conoscenza sull’evoluzione nell’uso della rete.

New report shows marked increase in popularity of the Super Banner & MPU*

24 April, 2007 - According to a new report released today by the European Interactive Advertising Association (EIAA) and the Online Publishers Association Europe (OPA Europe), advertisers are embracing ‘entertaining’ online ad formats as a way to interact and engage with their consumers and communicate brand messages. According to EIAA member data, use of the Super Banner and Medium Rectangle - MPU formats rose substantially across Europe in the last six months of 2006 compared to the first half of the year.
