OPA Europe's upcoming Best Practices meeting will take place on October 17-18 in Rome, Italy. The central theme of the meeting is "Platforms and Distribution Strategies" and will examine a range of issues regarding relationships with Global players such as content promotion and dissemination, marketing and data, as well as monetization both in ad sales and in subscription.
The agenda will center not only on social media, but also on search and e-commerce, including other initiatives with third parties that premium publishers have in place to optimize visibility and availability. In addition, issues to be discussed will cover resources deployed (both tech and HR), performance metrics and exogenous developments such as new EU legislation on Copyright and E-commerce.
