Taking into account the experiences of recent months, the virtual meeting will focus on infrastructure, processes and tools in place across all operations and the way these are interconnected in terms of data collection, storage, analysis, management and deployment while also discussing HR policy and investment in terms of recruitment (including profiles & team structures), retraining and retention.
