It examines a series of crucial issues such as structure and workflow across functions (e.g. newsroom or sales), while focusing also on technology and available tools, new metrics and human resource management. The report's principal sources include primarily input from OPA Europe members (either in the form of presentations or points raised in internal discussions), as well as material collected from selected external sources such as trade Press and specialist newsletters/blogs.
